Fitness and Food: Beauty On The Road

Hey, beautiful!

Today it's going to be our last Fitness and Food post, and it's going to be about beauty on the road. This is something a lot of us find an obstacle, but it can be made easier if you write down some of the following tips!

When you're traveling it can be almost impossible to maintain a routine, travel is stressful.

For skin, what's bad for it is not just the dry airplane air but the shift in products. When it comes to cosmetics make sure that when you're buying your products at the store, you ask for samples of your purchase to try them out first.

And when it comes to keeping your diet and fitness routine on track, try not to be too strict about it but be sure to moderate what you eat.

If you're going to be on the road for more than a few days and don't have time to hit the gym, write down this simple exercise routine and take it with you. It can be done using what's in your hotel room and you should try to do 3-5 sets of the following circuit:

*50 jumping jacks.
*20 squat jumps.
*20 push-ups.
*30 lounges (alternating legs and not overextending your knee).
*25 curls (using water bottles as weights).
*25 squats (while holding a water bottle in each hand).
*25 dips (using a chair as support).

And if the weather allows it, go outside for 30 minutes and walk or run; this way you'll also get to know the city! When it comes to food, try to eat as healthy as possible.

I hope this last Fitness and Food post was helpful and interesting! These are some easy tips to stay on track during those days away from home.

Bye, beautiful!
