Hair Course: Protecting It and Promoting Growth

Hey, beautiful!

Today, we're going to talk about some of the most FAQ we have when it comes to hair.

One of the most asked questions that I ask and that I often get asked is "how do I get my hair to grow faster?". While there are some things you can do to promote hair growth, the main thing is to take proper care of it and everything else will come along.

If your ends become damaged, you'll have to cut some inches to prevent the damage coming all the way up your hair. Remember, some people grow their hair faster than others, that's just how it is... and also remember, there are no miracles.

*Protecting your hair:

1. Work conditioner through your hair with a wide-tooth comb in the shower.

2. Minimize the amount of heat you use in your hair. And before using heat, use a serum to protect the strands.

3. Don't pull your hair into overly night ponytails, this can damage the roots.

4. Avoid sleeping with your hair in a ponytail secured with an elastic. Instead, try a loose braid secured with a scrunchie.

*Promoting hair growth:

1. Eat well.

2. When shampooing or rinsing your hair with water, massage your scalp with your fingertips; this increases blood circulation and growth.

3. Avoid stress, it can cause hair to fall down.

4. You could take prenatal vitamins. These are not proven to promote hair growth, but they sometimes work.

These are just little tips that you can do to promote hair growth. Before wanting to have longer hair, you should want to have healthier hair and you should take proper care of it.

I hope you learned something new today and that you will continue to come back for new blog posts.

Bye, beautiful!
