Fitness and Food: The Basics

Hey, beautiful!

Today and for the next couple of days it's going to be a totally different subject than the last post; we're going to talk about fitness, health and food. Now that Summer will be here before we know it, we all want that great bikini body, so these tips will be awesome to achieve just that with healthy habits that you can incorporate to your everyday life.

In the past couple of years my weight has changed a bit, and so has my attitude toward my body and food. What you put into your body and what you put your body through can affect your overall. Fitness and food aren't just about losing weight, they're part of a strong foundation for overall beauty.

*The basics of fitness and food:

1. You should understand what you can eat normally and what you can eat only occasionally.

2. You should figure out a way to incorporate exercise into your everyday life.

3. You should know that as soon as you embrace moderation, your body will be at its healthiest.

As you probably know, extreme dieting can mess with your metabolism. So, even if you cut back on carbs and workout a little more, you should never starve yourself.

When it comes to setting goals, you should have your eye on what's realistic, what's healthy and what's unchangeable about the build of your body

Nobody's perfect, and you shouldn't feel like you have to be. The best life is a balanced life... so enjoy the good-for-you and the bad-for-you, and remember everything should always be in moderation.
